Apprentice Scenes 2019
Inspiration: Metal box tubes, industrial textures merging with natural bark
Process: Carved construction foam base covered in cheesecloth and flex glue wash, carved upholstery foam bark applied with spray adhesive. Foam coat all bark, three glazes applied with Preval sprayers: dark navy, dark brown and silver highlights (rosco Off-Broadway paint)
