The finish on the existing wooden bar rail and counter pieces on location were significantly worn down. An FEV mix was made to both spot-treat and brush on, toning down the bare wood closer to its original color and sheen.

Set: Arby's Restaurant

Vacuform stone panels were stippled with three different base colors followed by a darker brown for shadow effects and grout. Lastly, lighter base colors were dry-brushed on stone surfaces.

Set: Taco Bell

Additional hardware below cabinet handles were torn off, leaving deep irregular holes in the cabinet doors beneath the handles. Filming was to happen that day so I learned to patch very quickly using a plaster hot mix followed by sanding and touching up with the red.
